MODELLING AND SCULPTURE

Modelling and sculpture are currently undergoing a period of experimentation as artists explore new techniques and materials, pushing the boundaries of traditional approaches to create innovative and unique works of art. Through a combination of technical skill, artistic vision, and an understanding of anatomy, sculptors bring their ideas to life by shaping, cutting, and molding materials like clay, wax, stone, metal, or wood, resulting in a tangible representation of their vision that balances positive form and negative space. Sculpture also invites a dialogue between the artist and the viewer, creating an interactive experience that allows for multiple interpretations and perspectives.
