E-Tender Notice
Online E-Tenders are invited by the Principal on behalf of the Govt. College of Art & Craft, Calcutta, from bonafied and reputed agencies having sufficient experience for execution of the following works for the programme of ‘Annual Exhibition – 2023-2024’ scheduled to be held on 4th March to 11 th March 2024 at the premises of both Academy of Fine Arts and Gaganendra Silpa Pradarshasala , through www.wbtenders.gov.in adhering to the guidelines of e-tendering.

Rates shall be inclusive of all charges including carrying & delivery cost. The quotation should be submitted in such a manner so that the total value of work can be ascertained on the basis the respective quotes. The evaluation of Quotations for each segment will be made separately and though it is preferred that all Annexures are quoted for by all parties. Details will be available with the quotation documents. Quotation documents containing detailed specifications, terms & conditions etc., shall be obtained.
Scope for Onsite inspection/site visit & clarification (in the sections mentioned as ‘as needed’ or otherwise) if any will be provided between 12 noon to 4 P.M. on 5th & 6th Februaryr-2024 from the Office of the Principal, Govt. College of Art & Craft, Calcutta, 28, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Kolkata-16 on the basis of the needs of the interested bidders. The Exhibition Committee will have the discretion of accepting/rejecting any quotation/tender in consideration with the needs of the exhibition without stating any reason whatsoever.

| Documents to be uploaded: | Technical bid must contain self attested documents in the following manner. PAN card of the bidder. Up to date Trade License. Up to date Income Tax return. Up to date Profession Tax clearance certificate. GST Certificate Certified copies of credentials of similar nature of works Failure of submission of any of the above documents may render the tender liable to be summarily rejected/cancelled. |
| Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) | Earnest Money amounting to Rs. 25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) will be deposited by the bidder electronically: online – through his net banking enabled bank account, maintained at any bank or through any bank by generating NEFT/ RTGS challan from the e-tendering portal. Intending Bidder will get the Beneficiary details from e-tender portal with the help of Digital Signature Certificate and may transfer the EMD from their respective Bank as per the Beneficiary Name & Account No., Amount, Beneficiary Bank name (ICICI Bank) & IFS Code and e-Proc Ref No. Intending bidder who wants to transfer EMD through NEFT/RTGS must read the instruction of the Challan generated from EProcurement site. Bidders are also advised to submit EMD of their bid, at least 3 working days before the bid submission closing date as it requires time for processing of Payment of EMD. |
