Required Documents to be Submitted:

• All the below mentioned documents in original and one (1) attested photocopy.
  • BFA Final Result (8th Semester)
  • Aadhar Card
  • BPL Card if any
  • Caste certificate if any
  • P.W.D. Certificate (only for disabled candidates)
  • Application Form of MFA
  • University Registration Certificate Required
• ‘Declaration Form’ to be filled by the candidates and submitted during verification.

Admission Procedure via SBI Collect

*All students are hereby directed not to make any payment before the verification procedure is complete.

Important Note: The above-mentioned list of applicants are hereby selected for provisional admission in M.F.A 1st semester 2024 and they are instructed to take admission through ‘SBI Collect‘ in between 2nd & 3rd September 2024 maintaining following procedures. Those who fails to take admission in due time, their candidature will be liable to be cancelled.

Steps for Payment:

Step 1– Search SBI COLLECT from Google.
Step 2– Select Educational Institution and type “Government College of Art and Craft“
Step 3– From Payment Category select “Admission Fee For MFA“
Step 4– Fill the form and made payment through Net Banking, Rupay Debit Card, Credit card or at any SBI branches through challan.

Admission Fee Rs. 125/-
Tuition Fee Rs. 750/-
Session Fee – Rs 100/
Caution Money Rs. 300/-
Payment should be made through SBI Collect only.
