Document Verification Schedule

The verification dates are as follows: Painting, Graphic Design/Applied Art, and Ceramic Art & Pottery on 12th August 2024, and Painting (Indian Style), Modelling & Sculpture, Textile Design, and Design (Wood & Leather) on 13th August 2024. Applicants must report to the college at 11:30 AM on their respective dates with original documents and photocopies for final verification.

Required Documents:

• Admit Card of BFA Admission Test 2024.
• All the below mentioned documents in original and one (1) attested photocopy.
  1. Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
  2. Result of 10+2 Examination or equivalent examination.
  3. Caste Certificate and EWS Certificate (only for reserved candidates).
  4. P.W.D. Certificate (only for disabled candidates).
  5. BPL Card.
  6. University Certificates (if any).
  7. Registration Certificate for candidates already registered under University of Calcutta.
  8. Transfer Certificate for candidates already registered under University of Calcutta.
  9. Migration Certificate for candidates other than University of Calcutta.
• Aadhar Card.
• All candidates who have passed 10+2 Examination between 2021 to 2023 are required to produce documents of study / studies undertaken in the interim period, until 2024.
• ‘Declaration Form’ to be filled by the candidates and submitted during verification.

Admission Procedure via SBI Collect

The above-mentioned list of applicants are hereby selected for provisional admission in B.F.A 1st semester 2024 and they are instructed to take admission through ‘SBI Collect‘ in between 14, 15 and 16 August 2024 maintaining following procedures. Those who fails to take admission in due time, their candidature will be liable to be cancelled.

Steps for Payment: _{^{(Payment should be made through SBI Collect only.)}}

1. Search for SBI COLLECT: Use Google to find the SBI COLLECT website.
2. Select Educational Institution: On the SBI COLLECT page, choose the option for Educational Institutions.
3. Type in the Institution Name: Enter “Government College of Art and Craft” in the search field.
4. Choose Payment Category: Select “Admission Fee For BFA” from the payment category options.
5. Fees Structure of B.F.A 1st Semester (July 24 to Dec 24):
   • Admission Fee: Rs. 75/-
   • Tuition Fee: Rs. 450/-
   • Pankha Fee: Rs. 2/-
   • Caution Money: Rs. 20/-
6. Fill Out the Form: Complete the payment form with the required details.
7. Choose Payment Method: Make the payment via Net Banking, Rupay Debit Card, Credit Card, or at any SBI branch using a challan.
   • Download Challan (if applicable): If paying at a branch, download the challan from the SBI COLLECT payment page.

🎓 Congratulations to the Provisional Classes of the BFA 1st Semester. Classes for all verified candidates will commence on Tuesday, 20th August 2024.
