Govt. College of Art & Craft Students' Union is not a political union body. Every year the Union Committee is elected by the students. Some of our teachers guide different activities of the union as chairpersons. The principal or officer-in-charge is honored with the chair of the President of students' union. After the new academic session starts each year, the out going union committee hands over the annual account and responsibility to the new committee.
